Register with the National League - USCSA:

• Go to www.uscsa.com/team-registration & follow instructions

• Every Individual must register & pay fees here

• Captains must ALSO register each team & pay fees here

• See tiered deadlines for dates and fees on USCSA.com

 

 

 

 

Every individual must complete the following form (EVERY racer on EVERY team):

• USCSA Southwest Liability Form

• Make copies of ALL forms

 

 

 

 

Register with the conference - USCSA Southwest:

• Complete one per team: USCSA Southwest Payment Form

• Complete one per team: Team Roster

• Pay by PayPal, Venmo or check made out to 'SCCSC'

• Mail check and all forms from Step 3 to Patrick Wilcox

If you are an Individual Racer:

Individuals must contact your team captain to register. They will provide you with an email link to begin the registration process. If you do not know how to contact your team captain, contact your school's athletic department for more information.
